Getting started

When you create a project in String, there's a helpful walkthrough to take you through the steps needed to set up your project. Once you're set up, the dashboard is the main view that you and your project users will start from.

Dashboard

The dashboard shows the overview of your project. Depending on your permissions, you'll see a slightly different view.

Users

Admins control who has access to a String project, and which languages they can view and edit. To invite a new user, go to Admin->Users->Invite user

To use String, users need a free myGengo account. A myGengo account gives you access to all current and future services on myGengo, including our Translate service. You only have to log in once on the myGengo site to access all our services under one account.
